Financial Aid Workshop
“It’s PERFECT timing to get a head start for fall semester!” Have you always wanted to go to college, but thought you couldn’t afford it? Does the idea of taking that first step scare you? Do you have questions, but don’t know where to go to ask them? Believe it or not, there is financial aid available to adults who want to go to college to earn a degree, certificate, or specialized skill. Whether it’s in the form of a grant or loan, it CAN be done. This is your opportunity to meet with an experienced, college financial aid director who can your questions, sort out your financial fears, and help you come one step closer to your college career. You will also have the opportunity to file your FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) online during the workshop. (Call ahead to find out what you need to bring in order to this.) This workshop is FREE to attend, but registration is required.
