Retail
Strategies for Northern Michigan
Retail has changed dramatically in the past few years. Gone are the days
of simply opening a store, buying merchandise wholesale, and hoping
enough people come through your doors to make you successful. Look at
new approaches to inventory management and product margins along with
strategies that the smaller independent retailer can implement to
attract customers and contend against big box rivals while thriving in a
seasonal retail economy. Jumpstart your business by exploring up-to-date
essentials for growing your retail enterprise. This course is partially
underwritten by SBTDC.
